What qualifies a home for an estate sale ?
There must be sufficient value to justify the cost of the sale and generate meaningful proceeds for the client. As a general guideline, this is typically around $8,000 or more in sellable contents.
What if my home doesn't qualify ?
We’ll recommend a better option—such as clean-out with sale credit—so you’re not paying for a sale that doesn’t make financial sense. These options are often faster, simpler, and more cost-effective.
What happens to unsold items after the sale ?

What if valuable items remain after the sale ??
Not all valuable items will sell and not all item type are good fit for an estate sale, in this case we may

What is a Clean-Out with Sale Credit ?
When a full estate sale isn’t justified, we use and sell select valuable items and apply the proceeds as a credit toward your clean-out cost.
How are the items Sold during Clean-Out?
We handle the resale by transporting sellable items to our liquidation partners, so you don’t have to deal with the time, effort, or stress of selling items individually.
How Does the Credit Works ?
We apply up to 50% of the estimated market value as an immediate credit toward your clean-out cost—helping reduce your bill.
